In the second episode of my podcast, The Everyday Determinator Podcast, I spoke with Eric Deeter, a mindset coach and Ultramarathon Runner based in Kansas city, Kansas. Eric started with one mile at aged 60, and now aged 64 is running ultramarathons and coaching others to find and pursue their epic thing.
We discussed the mindset of taking on a big challenge, the importance of small wins and the community around you, and mind/body connection.
