Courage to Design your Career
In the fifth episode of The Everyday Determinator Podcast, I was joined by Sara Kolata. Sara is an architect by trade, and she’s based in Costa Brava, in Spain, and works with architects across the globe to raise their value and present their expertise in ways that benefit, not only themselves, but also the planet.
We discussed Sara’s unconventional career journey from med school to architecture and through to her current career as an Architecture Business Coach.
Sara has a fantastic story of finding a way to designing the career that aligned with her values and interests while turning her back on the traditional, higher status and often times, safer options a traditional route.
Her story is one of Determination and Courage.
